Personal training sessions can include strength training, conditioning, weight-loss, mobility and post rehabilitation training.

ConsultationNot sure where to begin? Book in for a free 30-min consultation with one of our trainers to discuss your health and fitness goals, undergo a movement assessment and receive your very own program.

BookingSpend one-on-one time with our trainers who are committed to your progress. Book in a reoccurring time slot or a one-off session, which are available in either 30 or 60 minute time slots. Exercise programs and access to our training platform is available and you do not need to be a Lions Den member to book.

PaymentsA 30 and 60 minute personal training sessions costs $40 incl. GST per session and $70.00 incl. GST per session respectively. Payments options include cash, eftpos or paywave, and must be made at the start of, or before each session.

TimingPersonal training services are avalible between Monday-Friday at varying times. If you are unable to attend your session, please give our trainers 24 hours notice.

Dane Carr
Personal Trainer & Coach
With an impressive track record of over 10 years in coaching and personal training, Dane has extensive experience in designing tailored programs, leading classes, overseeing group training sessions and providing personalised training. His passion lies in empowering individuals to strengthen their bodies through sustainable, long-term training approaches. Additionally, Dane holds multiple certifications, including Precision Nutrition, Gym Trainer, Personal Trainer, and Mace and Club qualifications, ensuring that he is well-equipped to support you on your fitness journey.
Cain Thomas-Knight
Personal Trainer & Coach
As a registered Assessor with Te Mahi Ako, Cain specialises in training and education. Whether you aim for a Level 3 or 4 fitness qualification, Cain is an expert who can guide you through the process. As a qualified personal trainer, he enjoys strength training and is genuinely dedicated to assisting others in achieving their fitness aspirations. When it comes to your membership enquiries, Cain is the go-to person who you can rely on for support and assistance.
Trint Kelsen
Youth Worker & Assistant Coach
With a friendly demeanor and a willingness to assist, Trint is dedicated to mentoring tamariki and rangatahi in the gym. Additionally, Trint actively contributes to our Strong Cubs and community classes, ensuring that our members receive top-notch coaching and support. Trint is currently pursing studies to become a qualified personal trainer, further enhancing his ability to guide and inspire others on their fitness journey.
