Dane is passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier bodies through smart and consistent movement. His multiple qualifications make him well-equipped to support you at every stage of your fitness journey.

Cain Thomas-Knight

Personal Trainer & Coach

Cain is a qualified personal trainer and a registered Assessor with Te Mahi Ako, specialising in education and training. Whether you're working towards your Level 3 or 4  qualification, Cain can help you navigate the process with confidence. He’s passionate about strength training and is a proud achiever of the Sinister protocol - an elite kettlebell benchmark that reflects his commitment to smart, sustainable training. Cain also handles membership enquiries and is always ready to help with anything you need to get started.

Trint Kelsen

Personal Trainer & Coach

As a qualified personal trainer and Thump Master, Trint leads our adult BoxFit and South Paws program. He continues to mentor tamariki and rangatahi one-on-one, helping build confidence and strength through movement. Trint is also a key contributor to our wider community programs, making fitness accessible, fun, and empowering for all ages. Trint works exceptionally well with athletes and high performers, supporting their development both on and off the field through targeted, performance focused training.

Bailey Ngataierua

Assistant Coach

Bailey is a vibrant part of our coaching team, bringing enthusiasm and care to every class she supports. As she works towards her Level 4 qualification, Bailey plays an active role in our classes and community programs. Her sessions are known for their energy and intensity - she’ll have you working hard, but always in a way that feels uplifting and empowering. Bailey is growing fast as a coach and is steadily building her skills to become a fully qualified personal trainer.
