REFIT+
Our Refit+ classes are tailored for the 50+ crew - but don’t let that fool you. These sessions are all about building strength, confidence, and resilience to take on everyday life. We focus on quality movement, foundational exercises, and safe progressions led by supportive coaches who know their stuff. It’s never too late to get strong.

Strong Cubs
Strength, discipline, and confidence for our tamariki aged 5–13. Strong Cubs is our youth development program with Beginner and Advanced groups. Each session focuses on bodyweight exercises and fundamental movements to improve strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a fun but structured environment. We’re not just building athletes - we’re building little legends.
