Group Training

Our group training is designed for all age groups from 5 years to 50+ and

our trainers thrive to make sure you achieve your goals. Please call to book the classes as we have limited spots.

PRIMAL

Focus on foundational movements and long term progression while learning good technique. Primal is the best start to resistance training. Build a strong and resilient body with the help of our experienced coaches. Classes include a combination of strength, conditioning, power and circuit work.

Primal Membership includes:

  • Unlimited access to the gym

  • Unlimited access to Primal trainings 

  • Access to our training platform (APP)

  • Bookings required 

Group training time:

  • Monday: 6pm - 6.45pm & 6.45pm - 7.30pm

  • Tuesday: 6pm - 6.45pm & 6.45pm - 7.30pm

  • Thursday: 6pm - 6.45pm & 6.45pm - 7.30pm

REFIT+

Refit is designed for our 50+ age group. Learn proper technique to perform foundational movements and improve strength. Build confidence and resilience to take on everyday challenges that come your way.

Refit+ Membership includes:

  • Unlimited access to the gym

  • Unlimited acces to Refit+ trainings

Group training time:

  • Tuesday: 7am - 7.45am

  • Thursday: 9:30am - 10.15am

Strong Cubs

Strong Cubs aims to instil discipline, confidence and resilience in our tamariki aged 5-13 years through rigorous training. We run a beginner and an advanced group. Both classes focus on bodyweight exercises and fundamental movements to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and cardiovascular conditioning.

Strong Cubs includes:​

  • 8 classes per term

  • Access to TÅ«taki Youth space

  • Registration is required

​

Training Times:

  • Friday 3.30pm - 4pm

  • Friday 4pm - 4.30pm
